Bruthen Community Nurse



Nursing care is provided to clients in the Bruthen area, most of whom are frail, aged or disabled.  The nurse also provides support, liaison and referral to other services to enable people to remain living independently in their homes.

Who can use the service?

• Predominantly frail, aged or disabled people and their carers. 
• Whole of community can also use the service.
  
  

Hours of Opening:
Monday and Wednesday: 9.00 am > 3.00 pm 
Tuesday: 9.00 am > 1.00 pm
