Home Based Nursing



Gippsland Lakes Community Health provides home based nursing service including assessment, clinical care, and personal care.  Specialist services include Lymphoedema and Cancer Support.  The services are provided under various funding streams including HACC, DVA, Hospital in the Home, Post Acute Care, and Palliative Care.



Who can use the service?
Anyone.



Hours of Opening:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 am > 4.30 pm 
Weekends: 8.00 am > 12.00 pm

Cost:
Fees charged according to the funding stream the client is classified against and clients will be advised prior to services being implemented.
