Transport and Social Support - Volunteer Service



A volunteer transport service for non-urgent medical appointments and social outings.  Volunteers also visit and sit with clients to provide respite for carers.  A fortnightly home based library delivery service is available in Bairnsdale, Paynesville and Eagle Point.  The provision of service is dependant on the availability of volunteers.



Who can use the service?


  • Elderly people.
  • People with disabilities.
  • People not eligible are those who receive assistance through Veterans Affairs, Workcover or TAC.



Hours of Opening:

Bairnsdale
M
onday - Thursday: 8.30 am > 3.00 pm 
Friday: 8.30 am > 2.00 pm

Lakes Entrance
M
onday - Friday: 9.00 am > 2.00 pm
