Diabetes Education



General diabetes care, advice and provision of equipment for the management of diabetes.  Clients are recalled bi-annually for a diabetes review.  Advice is available for pre-diabetes conditions and gestational diabetes.



Who can use the service?


  • People with any form of diabetes or related conditions.
  • Family members of people with diabetes.
  • People interested in learning more about the disease.

Lakes Entrance
Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 am > 5.00 pm

As per Department of Human Services Community Health Fee Guidelines.
