Foothold on Safety (Falls Prevention Program)



This program includes stretching and strengthening exercises to help people at risk of falling increase their lower limb strength, and improve their balance.  A home assessment by an Occupational Therapist is also conducted to identify and provide solutions to possible hazards around the particpant's homes, such as mats or electrical cords.



Who can use the service?

Anyone with reduced balance/weakness.

Session times vary throughout year.
