This program is for individuals who have undergone a drug withdrawal program and require linkages to post withdrawal support such as counselling, rehabilitation or housing.

Individuals who have completed a drug withdrawal program.



Alcohol and Drug Rural Withdrawal Program



This program is for people wanting to withdraw from alcohol or other substances at home.  The withdrawal syndrome must be of mild to moderate severity.



Who can use the service?
Individuals in rural areas who can be supported by a family member or friend at home while withdrawing.



Hours of Opening:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am > 5.00 pm
