New Mum's Group



This group is conducted in Bairnsdale for new mothers in East Gippsland.  The weekly activities aim to provide first time mothers with relevant information to assist with the healthy nurturing of their baby.  These activities include CPR, massage and nutrition. 



Who can use the service?
If you are a first time mother and interested in the group, discuss this with your Maternal and Child Health Nurse.
