Young, Pregnant and Parenting Group



The Group’s aim is to empower young parents to trust their own instincts to raise their babies with confidence.

The activities of the group aim to decrease isolation, create friendship networks, increase knowledge around practical skills relating to parenting and child development and increase connectiveness with the community and health providers. 



Who can use the service?
The Group is for all young people who are pregnant or have a young child.  The group meets weekly.  Some activities and guest speakers are organised, other sessions provide an opportunity for children to play and mums to socialise.  Transport is available on request. 



Hours of Opening:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 am > 5.00 pm

*The group is held every Monday in Bairnsdale and Thursday's in Lakes Entrance.
