Medical Services



This medical practice has a well equipped accident and emergency facility with an experienced nurse on the premises for the triage, assessment and initial care.  A doctor is on call for all urgent medical care.  Additional nursing services inlcude wound management, immunisations, and general health advice.

Gippsland Lakes Community Health has an arrangement for after hour care with Bairnsdale Regional Health Service.  If an emergency arises outside of our opening hours, please contact either the ambulance by ringing 000 or Bairnsdale Regional Health Service on (03) 5150 3333.



Who can use the service?
All members of the public.



Hours of Opening:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 am > 8.00 pm (Jemmeson St site only)
Saturday - Sunday (and Public Holidays): 8.00 am > 2.00 pm

Cost:
Nursing charges: as per Department of Human Services Community Health Fees Guidelines.

Doctor charges: Bulk billed for Concession and Pension Card Holders.  All other consultations are subject to private consultation fees.
