Speech therapy helps clients improve their ability to communicate by treating disorders such as stuttering, voice disorders, motor speech disorders, stroke rehabilitation, swallowing difficulties, and speech sound and language delays. Literary assistance can also be provided.

Who can use the service?

Preschool children (0-5 years). Adults (18 years and over).

Cost:

  • $8.00 per visit for Concession Card Holders.
  • Fees for Non Concession Card Holders are based on a sliding scale.
  • Clients with private health insurance, DVA, Workcover, TAC or Medicare referrals are billed directly to insurance agencies.
