The Homelessness Support Program provides support to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This includes:

  • Assistance addressing issues that brought about homelessness.
  • Completing funding applications for families/Youth
  • Assistance accessing housing.
  • Provision of material aid.
  • Information and referral.

Who can use the service?

Anyone aged between 16 and 64 years of age.
