LINX Reconnect assists young people to stay connected with family, community, education, employment and training. Early intervention involves family focused work including conflict management and mediation. LINX Reconnect also assists and advocates for young people living independently.

Who can use the service?

Young people aged between 12 - 18 years and their families.
