Creating Connections is a youth program aimed at youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It provides five key areas of support:
- Youth Focused Housing
- Education, Employment and Training
- Accessing private rental
- Life and Living Skills Development
- Intensive case management
Who can use the service?
Anyone aged between 15 and 25 years of age.
