Cooking for One or Two

The cooking for one or two program is a basic cooking skills program designed to give participants confidence in preparing a variety of healthy meals using easy cooking techniques. A main meal is prepared and shared together and participants also have the opportunity to learn basic nutrition knowledge, food hygiene, budgeting and weight control.

Who can use the service?

Lakes Entrance, Bruthen and Nowa Nowa people who are cooking for one or two and/or would like to meet new people.
