Home Based Nursing

Gippsland Lakes Community Health provides home based nursing service including assessment, clinical care, and personal care. Specialist services include Lymphoedema and Cancer Support. The services are provided under various funding streams including HACC, DVA, Hospital in the Home, Post Acute Care, and Palliative Care.

Who can use the service?

People residing east of Tambo River, West of Stoney Creek and South of Bruthen/Nowa Nowa Rd.

Cost

Fees vary. Clients will be advised prior to services being implemented.
